A really great place for kids lot of activities . The downfall is It’s horrible customer service with employees harassing customers. Manager seem to be just out of school has no control of them. It is also over crowded and the manager and employees just want the place to be full. There is no control of how many people are in the building which might be a city violation.its also a safety issue. Hopefully who owns the place makes some changes to management and customer service skills.

Leah was the sweetest and most attentive person! She was always checking on everyone and was incredibly kind throughout our visit. She truly made the whole experience so much better. Thank you, Leah — our family really appreciates all the kindness and care you showed us. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday today. Everything went super smooth staff was very friendly and accommodated. Kids were having so much fun at the playground. First time doing a birthday at an indoor playground and will definitely be doing more.

Wow! We had such an amazing time. It’s our first time and we will be back. To Ms. Anna at the front desk we greatly appreciate the special attention and dedication when my boys asked you over 100 questions about Hoggy the dragon and the Space and Lights Room. Thanks for your patience. We now have our new Birthday party destination. See you in two months. We hope Hoggy is ready for us. Anna also showed us around and explained how the machines worked. The cleanliness of the place and bathrooms is spectacular like the giant dragon Hoggy which visits for each birthday party. They have so much to do. Another fun surprise is that the machines will reward each play with a fun stuffed animal or rubber ducky. No kid is left unsatisfied. Thanks Hoggy my kids love you.

I just appreciate the service ad how welcoming the staff is, especially Alisha. She helped with making the experience a rememberable one. My family and I love coming but makes us come here continously is staff like Alisha who make us welcome here at Kids Empire. Thank you for your kind treatment.
