i took my dog there for a nail clip today, and this is the part he hates the most. it usually takes a the two of us to hold him down. the groomer was able to trim his nails by herself and without having to fight with him like we do. she even took her time to explain to us the way to train our dog to get used to nail clips. i think she is young but knowledgeable.
