We've used Mucky Mutt for grooming out cat many times. They do an excellent job combing out the mats in our Norwegian Forest Cat, and shaving when necessary. The cat is always relaxed and happy at the end of the process, the facility is clean (and smells clean as well, unlike some other groomers), reasonably priced, and friendly. We happily give them 5 stars, and recommend them to all out cat owning friends.

Salon was unwilling to credit the $10 paid two days ago for a nail clipping to a full grooming which would otherwise include the nail clipping. Very disappointed as this would have been an appropriate gesture for a new client, even if it's not done as a rule. We're going elsewhere so they've lost a lot more than the $10. Too bad.
