Horrible customer service. Today we showed up for our appointment and they told us we did not have any appointment and told us to get out of the room!!!
We ask to double check and they said not to waste their time.
Never come back.
This is the second time I have experienced bad customer service

So I bought a bearded dragon from you guys not that long ago and it died yesterday so I called you guys and you guys said to me that it was it was MY fault that it died and said we got the wrong equipment for him. But you guys gave me all the stuff and told me what to buy for him and not to mention you guys gave me the wrong light and it could have possibly killed him ALSO the girl we were talking to on the phone was incredibly rude and we were in the middle of talking so I could figure out what to do and she hung up on me. This pet smart is incredibly rude and sell sick animals and then blame it on the customer.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We bought a diamanté collar for our indoor cat, within 2weeks I noticed half of the studs had fallen out, as an animal health tech this horrified me from a health point of view, so I decided to notify the store of this potentially hazardous product. The manager/supervisor couldn't care less all she wanted to do was to blame me and say it was for decoration, I explained that my cat was indoor and no excessive wear and tear on the collar would occur.
All I would like to do is warn potential cat owners and parents that these studs are choking hazards
It showed inmaturity and inexperience in the management at this store.

PetSmart is one of those stores that will sell to anyone... They have VERY limited knowledge of Fish, and they are regularly out of stock in the Fish Dept as well (example: Filters). Because all their fish tanks are cycled into each other, when one fish gets sick, the disease spreads. We have stopped buying fish from them because we were constantly getting sick fish (which would usually die). We are experienced fish owners, and when we get fish from other sources we do not have any problems...it's Just with PetSmart.

For grooming.. you could do as good and the price is top of the scale! Our Schnauzer was cut like a terrier! We did take the dog training here and it was very good.

Service is good but as for the hair cut its self it seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes you get a good groomer and sometimes you get someone new I think. This is at the Langley store.
