I recently visit this location and my puppy got hes nails clip . We had made an appointment for this thursday for Gromming and just to be called on Wednesday saying it was for that day when clearly the appointment was for thursday . The owner picked up the phone and said i had missed my appointment calling me at 930am when appointment was for 945am lol . She started screaming at me . U owe me $25 for canceling this appointment. I said ummm u got the wrong day and time i have not missed my appointment . I asked her to stop screaming at me and she kept yelling u owe me $25, . I said if you are the owner how on earth do you communicate with your customers because this is not the way you do business. She kept yelling and screaming at me all shs kept saying was u owe me money . I said i will not bring my dog to you ever again and she said we dont want him here anyways . Not professional and clearly needs to visit a training course how to speak to people. She is rude , not professional and i am very disgusted 😤 on how she treats people.

My two dogs have been going to Darci's grooming for many years and everyone who I have met there have been really nice to us and to our dogs. They do a fantastic job on my retriever! Keep up the great work.

I have been going to Darci since adopting our first dog in 1994. She far exceeds our expectations in dog grooming and is very personable. I would definitely recommend Darci to anyone seeking dog grooming service. *****

Unfortunately, I must share that an employee of this establishment (perhaps not Darci, I am not sure which one Darci is and I don't want to give Darci a bad name!) was extremely rude to me. This employee was completely unreasonable because they did not agree with one particular way in which I raised my dog. This particular employee spoke unprofessionally to me while the other employee watched on in embarrassment. The employee would not even make eye contact with me as she was speaking, and even waved her scissors in my face. I maintained my composure and even thanked her many times for her concern towards my dog, but she continued to shout overtop of me and waved scissor blades in my face. There are far better ways to deal with people that you do not agree with. Unfortunate.

I don't usually do reviews but I am also extremely surprised by the first review so need to set the record straight! Darci is wonderful.....with the humans and especially the dogs. I have always gotten the cut I want, she accommodates special requests (timing, etc.) the best she can and her prices are more than reasonable. I know a few people who use the service and feel the same way. Please do not hesitate to use her services for your pet........I doubt you will be disappointed. And please disregard the the first review - there are no horror stories at Darci's!!
