My martini is 11 and has been going to Barks Avenue for that long...the staff is very friendly and martini is no longer scared when we walk in the front door..NOTE martini my little shitzu hates bathes!!! so this is not her favorite place..but the frienldly greeting and warmth she recieves calms her down!
