I am a regular customer who often visits the Sunoco gas station at 175 W Main Street in Apopka during the morning. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had negative experiences with one of the morning employees.

His behavior toward customers is unprofessional and disrespectful. He often talks on the phone while customers are waiting and does not give proper attention or service. In addition, the prices he charges for some items appear higher than expected, and he frequently pressures customers to purchase scratch-off tickets.

Another concern is that when customers win on scratch cards, he sometimes asks them to leave a tip, which makes the situation uncomfortable. There have also been instances where the change given back did not seem correct.

I am sharing this feedback because I believe the owner should be aware of what customers are experiencing. I visit this store regularly in the mornings, but if this situation continues, I and many others may choose to take our business elsewhere.

I hope the owner reviews this issue and ensures that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
