They walked me through the whole process answered all my questions helped me get a lower interest rate on my new loan . What can I say? The timing, the availability, location, professionalism, accessibility, and more contributed to our experience purchasing this perfect home for us. It had everything we needed: located at the right distance from our jobs and volunteer work in our organization, a wood stove , high ceilings, open floor plan, two bathrooms, an office, large parking area access, and much more. Was an easy house to work on as far as some slight updates made since. We were first time buyers and struggling to find a home with all these tags mentioned above. But Delfino and Alma made the find much easier, they were very profesional, knowledgable friendly, kind and answered all our questions along with warm reassurance. They were never pushy, hasty, condescending when it came to some of our inquires. Also, there was a program that they helped us find that allowed us some assistance with a down payment. When we followed all the steps and satisfied the requirements we were able to get into this home a lot easier. Talking with Delfino and Alma about all these steps is what made it so much easier. Overall way above 5 stars deserved!
