If commuting to Sherman, this place may be good for sleep only. Nothing surrounding, just residence. Service roads are under construction and opened one lane only.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing experience working with Trae Turner at Starlight Homes in the Noble Ridge community in Howe TX. Trae was excellent from start to finish—very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He always arrived on time for our appointments and made sure every question was answered thoroughly.

He helped us find and purchase a beautiful corner lot home with stunning views, and he made the entire buying process feel simple and stress-free. His service was outstanding—informative, patient, and always focused on making sure we felt comfortable and confident.

Trae is truly exceptional, and we genuinely enjoyed working with him. If you’re looking to buy a home, I highly recommend asking for Trae—he will make your home buying journey a great one!

Embarking on your journey with Starlight is truly extraordinary! From day one, the staff is genuinely dedicated to helping you secure your dream home. I had the pleasure of working with Janie Davis, whose exceptional support kept everything on track. On closing day, she went above and beyond, driving 30 minutes to personally hand me the keys when I couldn’t make it to the office. Her expertise and commitment are truly remarkable. Thank you, Janie!
