The staff are truly phenomenal. You can see how much they care with every interaction and they are extremely knowledgable. These people love pets. The selection of high quality products, especially Canadian products, is the best I have found anywhere. This store may be Ottawa’s biggest hidden gem. If I could recommend one place for pet lovers to shop, it would be here

Our first experience at this pet store. Wow. These folks really care about dogs. Donna wanted to meet our Cavapoos so I brought them in to the store. She was so kind and generous with them. We are having difficulty getting them to eat so she had some samples and suggestions for us. All quality food. We will be back. Great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have been buying my pet food from Donna for 20 years. She, her staff, are all simply the best. They are kind; compassionate; caring. Genuinely nice. I will always go out of my way to go to March Road pet…well worth the visit. And now, they stock human chocolate, Whittaker’s. Wow. Now I only buy chocolate from the Pet Store…

Family oriented, well educated on fur babies, inviting, caring and the list goes on. Most humble individuals I have crossed paths with. I have never been surrounding by such a large number of people that all show compassion and empathy.

please listen to me everybody.... this is the best pet food and pet product store in all of the Ottawa area hands-down. This is why: all the staff are super friendly and been there many years showing strong support from the owner who is also an awesome person. The owner she is so nice and every time I go there she greets me with a big smile and always remember exactly who I am... don't go anywhere else if you love your dog like I do come here you'll feel the love and so will You Pets❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don't come here much, due to the diatance from home. However, it's very lovely mom and pop shop . One of my favorite things to do is get their calendar for the year. Staff and owners are very helpful and very knowledgeable. They also always have kittens from humane Society up for adoption. That's always a bonus to see.

Probably my favourite pet food store in the city. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they are all animal lovers. Arthur does the pet grooming and is efficient and professional. Even after moving to a different part of the city we still make the trip out here for grooming and treat resupplies.

What a fantastic pet store!

With the big chains basically only carrying pet food and toys, this store fills a real need. The owner clearly puts a lot of thought into what they buy, and the store has an outstanding selection of carefully curated pet supplies, particularly for health concerns.

After doing the research into what I needed, I found March Road was the only store in the Ottawa area that carried the particular product I wanted. And, going to pick it up, I saw they had just about everything else I might need in the future.

Great independent pet store. Shop here over the chains. They carry all the better brands, and have the loyalty program.

Great people and go above and beyond in customer service.

Amazing staff always willing to help!!!
Great owners Donna&Neil, they will put down anything they are doing and help you strait away!

Donna and Neil and Staff...have pride in 100% customer satisfaction, that's Guaranteed

If you need anything and its not in stock... they will be happy to refill it or order it for you!!!

Samples are always available if your trying out new food or treats ;) Skye and Toby's favorite ;)

The staff are happy all the time... Donna and Neil believe in family first... their staff their customers are all like family and are 100% treated like family!

This place has a strong following, more of a tight knit family and community feel, you are allowed to bring your pets into the store ( leash should be on at all times) to browse and get a treat or 2... why not ;) they are the customer!!!

Customer satisfaction is Donna& Neil's goto motto!!!

Come, enjoy the great atmosphere... they have also expanded their store front, for bigger space for all our 4 legged friends and 2 legged friends also ;) , wear a mask, stay safe!
