My family and I absolutely love Andy’s Frozen Custard, and we normally enjoy coming here, but today we had a very unpleasant experience.

The young lady taking our order had a very bad attitude from the beginning. We accidentally ordered the wrong size, and instead of kindly helping us, she rolled her eyes at us. Then, while we were trying to decide what else we wanted to order, she spoke to us very rudely and yelled, asking if we wanted anything else.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no reason to treat customers that way. There weren’t even any cars behind us or a line, so we really didn’t understand why she was being so impatient and rude.

We have never experienced anything like this at Andy’s before. We truly love their frozen custard, but we definitely expect better customer service.

Best ice cream and custard ever!! Their brownies are the best. I usually order a brownie sundae and it’s always made in no time. I love their custard. I literally come here twice a week lol

We came at the perfect time. There wasn’t any wait and the service was fast. There were plenty of options and flavors and toppings. The strawberry shortcake was great.

Great new custard location in Bartonville, TX. I’d been to other locations in the past, and this new location only 2 miles from me is going to be a problem for my waistline!!!

The staff is friendly and fast, and they’ve gotten through the walk in lines and drive through lines fast.

Know they’re getting a lot of “new place” vibes and traffic right now and things will cool down as we get to the end of Summer, but the quality and convenience of this location will surely make this a popular hangout for the school kids and adults alike.
