This was my first year to work with Bailes Bates & Associates and it was such a breath of fresh air. Michael took time to dig into our prior returns and ask specific questions to understand our past tax strategy and current situation. I went here for "Professional Tax" help, and that is not what was provided. My taxes took 8 months to complete, and then were done wrong. And the price of these services was way overpriced for "Professional services". Almost a year later, I'm still missing some of my return. I will not recommend these services to anyone I know.

The accounting team at Bailes and Bates is great for my LLC. Raleigh Jr and Rachel are a particularly awesome. They make good tax recommendations, and allow you to customize the amount of leg work they do for you for accounting and tax prep. Their price may be slightly higher than competitors, but I feel that I receive a lot of value from them.
