Yesterday I booked an appointment for a DOT Physical for 9am this morning. I received a confirmation email. I took an Uber to the appointment. Walked in the building and I spoke to a woman who was working in a different business inside the same building. This was my first time here so I was unsure as to where exactly I was supposed to go. I told the lady where I was going. She pointed me in the right direction but told me that there was no one there but that I could call the phone number listed and wait in the waiting area. She also said that just the day before someone came in for an appointment and there was no one there so they waited in the waiting area and eventually left became no one showed up. So, I immediately called the number listed. A woman named Amy answered the phone, I told her that I was there for an appointment that I had booked for 9am. She told me that she couldn’t be there because she was in the hospital. I asked her why was the appointment confirmed if she couldn’t do the physical, and why wasn’t I notified of this before I showed up. Her response: “I’m in the hospital.” I asked her what was I supposed to do now, her response: “you’re gonna have to go somewhere else.” I told her that I took an Uber to get there, her response was to hang up the phone on me. Long story short… “East Coast DOT Physicals” is ran by an incredibly unprofessional and rude person. I would never patronize this business ever again.

Dr. Amy was thorough and explained as she went. We spent just a bit over 15 minutes. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get DOT physical.

Really easy booking process. Extremely nice, professional staff operating out of a clean inviting office space. I was running late for my appointment from picking my son up from school and catching traffic and when I called them to explain, they understood and actually stayed late so that I was able to get my DOT Physical done for a new job I was starting! Highly recommended! Thank you!
