For a few years, I have been a loyal customer because The Pet Market helped me find a food my dog actually liked through trial and error. Now I rely on their delivery service since I don’t live close by and they always have what we need in stock and are always prompt with their deliveries aside from being super courteous.

Amazing service! This is the only store in Manhattan with the product I needed and same-day delivery. The first size didn’t fit my dog, but they personally came to exchange it for the right one. Great quality and outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!

This place is so cute!! My dog turned 13 yesterday and I always get her some of her favorite goodies: mini tennis balls and treats. I went a little shop happy and got her some canned food since Amazon changed the packaging and formula recently and they had the original. Also got her new treats that the store clerk recommended for her digestive health and she loved them! They gave me an additional treat gift bag with a sample shampoo as a thank you. Super happy and will return!
