Very good service. My dogs are happy and calm when I pick them up - not exhausted and stressed as I've found them to be elsewhere.

I haven't been for the grooming appointment yet but over the phone the woman I spoke to was extremely nice and you could tell she loved her job. She was very accomodating and took the time to answer any questions. She even recognized my dogs names from the dog park. What fantastic service and I haven't even walked through the door yet!!!
