I will not take my dogs here anymore. First, they nicked his balls, then cut out a chunk of his ear. Finally, they somehow cut underneath his eye. The first two times, they told me about it. The last time, I didn't notice until I got home and he had blood all over his face. I understand accidents happen, but 3rd times the charm and we aren't going back! I did enjoy the kennel-less atmosphere, which is why we went back the first 2 times.

I love the atmosphere of this place. The dogs are not alway slocked up in kennels- they can roam and visit freely as long as they are behaving and not too tired- but if needed can go have quiet time in a kennel. Very talented groomers i have been taking my older aussie to them for several years- and just took in my rescued standard poodle- who went in a matted mess and came out looking like a STAR!

My aussie who hates car rides sees the building and tries to drag me in- he loves it there!

I highly recommend them!
