It's truly disheartening to read a review where a customer is upset because a business has hours of operation that are expected to be adhered to. I like to find out about the quality of care and if the animals are happy and the staff friendly. I've heard a lot of good things about Paws Awhile and many disappointed customers when they closed shop. The dissatisfied customer obviously knew about the business hours and to expect staff to stick around means paying overtime but the customer expects it to be free. How absurd? If the business hours don't suit you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! That's hardly a valid complaint. As a pet parent, I want real information, not some whiny self-entitled person who has nothing better to do than complain about a non-issue.

I usually only write positive reviews since so much is negative but I was saddened by thepolicy of this kennel. We were goong to be 15-20 monutes past 3:00 pick up and noone was able to stay so we could pick up our dog which didnt make me happy I wanted to bring him home but had to wait u til 5 to pick up. On top of that IF you miss that time you are charged a 2nd night which we knew beforehand. I believe this business has purposefully set to close at 3 so people travelling from out od town pay extra fees. I feel this is a very rude policy Nd we will never use this kennel again.
