Very knowledgeable, always excellent service. I have gone there with 3 generations of dogs. they have gone out of their way to accommodate a very nervous one. Patient and prompt always.

Our small dog was unhappy and scared to go to two other groomers in the city , tried Victoria Groomers and will not go anywhere else ! Our dog is happy and wags her tail when we pull up to the shop and is happy and running around when we pick her up . If the dog is happy we are happy , and she looks awesome every time .

I have been using their services for 10 years and I find the groomers are very knowledgable about dogs(have over 25 years experience!!), talk to the dogs to reassure them and I trust them completely with my pet. They are very careful and dont use any blades like other "big box" stores do.

I called this morning looking for a new groomer as mine is on maternity leave. Thje woman (not very nice) said next Tuesday was available. I mentioned that my 4 year old dog was nervous about grooming and would pull away a little and shake. She made some rude comments about his age and still being like that, then said (very nasty) were full and hung up the phone. I don't think anybody would want a woman like this looking after your pet that you love. What an unproffessional and nasty lady!!!!!!!!
