They are stocked up with the best supplies, toys, food, etc., and really get to know your dog!! It is a personalized experience every time you go in there!! i’ve only been to this pet store once I met with the manager or what I thought to be the manager by the name of Crystal, who is not accommodating and nice, but will help me deal with a very critical problem of getting my cat food on time gave me a $10 discount. It was so polite and one to help me in the future. I’ve now found my new pet store that assist with my cats issues with kidney and regional food so I was very grateful for her knowledge thank you Crystal for making me experience so good. DAwaun is the best pet store manager any owner could ask for. He loves your dogs, remembers your dogs fav treats and dog food, makes sure they are stocked and gives love to the whole family! This store has a broad variety of products. My dog has everything she needs. While the prices are a little higher than I typically go for the service and quality of their products 100% made up for it. Dawuan (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and Sebastian were incredibly helpful. They shared so much product detail with me, making me feel confident in my purchase. Their energy was infectious. They totally brightened up my day after having an awful day in the office. Thank you both for being so professional, patient and courteous. I think I will make this my go-to pet shop.

The staff here is amazing! Obviously you are going to pay a little more in a small business but the knowledge and expertise they offer more than makes up for it. We were looking for a backpack pet carrier for our rather stubborn French bull dog/Pug mix and the knowledge with which they presented our options was so super valuable. Wouldn’t have gotten that buying online. Vivian, Alena and Sebastian were so friendly and helpful. P.S. guys, we followed your instructions and Gus didn’t mind being in there at all! Such a great choice. Thank you for helping us make the city more accessible to our family of three.
