Brad Olson is a bulldog in court and also one of the most ethical and big hearted lawyers I know. He cares for his clients like family and is respected because he is smart as hell and respectful towards others. He is the first to stick a hand out to a fellow lawyer in need, even if he doesn’t know the lawyer well: it’s just the type of man he is. He is one of the best lawyers in southern Illinois and if you’ve got him as yours count yourself lucky.

Don’t recommend as a child support lawyer. They were not helpful. I had to be more of the lawyer than them. Had all my paperwork filled out and ready to send to my ex and Brad Olson took over a year to fill it all out. When you call to ask for help they are very rude to you. So if you want to pay almost all your paycheck then if use them. Otherwise stay away from them. I know that they are more affordable, but just spend the money. I’m still having issues with child support and it’s almost been a year since the update. When I called to ask for help on why Illinois doesn’t follow court orders, they weren’t willing to help again. That is there normal. Don’t hep the clients but take the money

Maybe can help you if you have money problems or anything that is non contested. Strongly advise to not use for family law, They are complete greenhorns in this dept, they will call everything drama and brads new recruits are kids. They will only protect their own reputation in court. NOT you or your children I promise you. Pay a little extra $ for experience and not this discount failed bankruptcy clinic

I met with Brad Olson concerning a Bankruptcy case and he was very Knowledgeable and was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease in a very uncomfortable situation. I found him to be a very kind and caring man.
He took all the time I needed to answer all my questions and made sure that I understood what the process would be for filling a Bankruptcy case.
He didn’t make me feel like he was rushed or in any hurry to rush me through the process.
I has several questions and concerns and he made me feel at ease by the time I was done with my questions. He told me exactly what to expect and how the process would be and how it would proceed going forward.
He told me if I had any questions after I left that I could call him anytime and we could talk about any questions that I may still need answered.
I would definitely recommend Brad Olson as an attorney for any kind of case that you need an attorney to handle!!
I feel that he would treat everyone just as kindly as he treated me and my mother and I definitely look forward to working with him going forward with my case and over the next 5 years thru this unfortunate situation that I find myself in. I feel that he will always be just a phone call away or meet me in person anytime that I feel that I need to talk with him about my case.
He is a very Special person and not always something you find in an attorney. So many are all business an not so personable as I have found Brad to be. After we left his office I told my mom it was like a fresh breath of air, finally!!
