Our first time visiting this urgent care. The office is very clean and stocked with face masks, hand sanitizers and tissue through, out, check in was fast and convenient, the wait was not long, the nurses were very friendly and greeted us warmly. The testing was fast and the doctor was also very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us everything we needed to go home and begin our proper recovery . I was very impressed with the services provided.

I had a really great experience here. The staff was very attentive, kind, and welcoming to both me and my mom. Everyone made us feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated how friendly and caring everyone was.

Service was quick because I was the only one in the waiting room. However, the PA examination was brief and not detailed. They quickly decided it was a uti and RX me an antibiotics. The next day, I had no improvements. That evening they received my urine test results. Early the next day I received a text that they RX the worn antibiotic and ordered a different one from my pharmacy. I took as directed but I’m still having urinary issues. Problem semi solved. Not my best visit with Exer Urgent care.

This is one of the best UC experiences I have ever had. The staff from the front to the back were helpful, compassionate and professional. The FNP Kai Young went above and beyond to address my concerns. We will definitely come back to this UC for any issues moving forward. I highly recommend.
