Great selection, particularly of US- and Canada-made food and treats with clear ingredients lists. Friendly and helpful staff, and I love the photo booths they do around the holidays and appreciate how community-minded they are.

Horrible policy there! I bought the calming treats for my cats for $35, but none of the cats (5 cats) liked them. The store on the UWS wouldn’t even exchange it!!! They claim it is their POLICY! How am I supposed to know what my cats like what don’t? Awful experience! I just left this $35 jar with them and closed the door behind me. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I occasionally walk into pet stores anytime i see one or anytime I pass by but this store was by far the best one I have ever seen. The vibes were immaculate especially with Jalae. She makes sure every single person the store is having the time of their life including their pets. Jalae is an exceptional and amazing person. She lights up the atmosphere in the split of a second and I love how knowledgeable and informative she is on pet supplies. Anyway, I bought a vibrating gecko toy for my cat and I know he will love it. Will be back again for sure. PS Crystal the lil frenchie is also an amazing cashier.

Never a dull day at the pet market. Davina is amazing and clearly loves her job. She’s more excited to see my puppy sometimes than me! There’s a wonderful selection of food to choose from and they are very responsive on ordering items that you’d like if they are not available. Thank you for being such a staple!!

This place is great. Just got a new pet and they were very helpful with suggestions. They have pretty much all the basics you’d need but are especially well stocked with food, treats, and toys. The staff is very friendly too!

Pet Market on Columbus and 93rd is the best store! Juan, the manager is so nice and helpful and so sweet with my dog! We can’t go by there without my dog pulling the leash to go inside. Always feeling welcome and my dog feels special. I highly recommend this store with its high quality products and fabulous service!!
