They were able to get our job done very quickly and it looks really nice. The workers were extremely polite and very good at their craft. They were careful with the railings and plants. I would recommend them

I will start by saying the job in the end turned out fine. The guys that came to do the prep work for the new vinyl deck covering did a great job. They found some rot under the facia boards and did a great job fixing it and installing new facia boards. When the vinyl was finally put down it too was good.
However it took from approving the quote July 9th to finished product Sept 18th and that was me having to phone all the time to see when someone was coming and twice waiting all day for no one to show up. So basically lost the use of the deck all summer since the furniture had to moved off incase someone came.

I talked to James and Curtis already, but I thought I should put it in writing for you:
This morning when I came, the canopy was done and Curtis was on hs way to finish the stairs. My client and I were talking about the deck and it's final look, and he is extremely happy with it. The final look exceeds his expectations and the whole job came together amazingly
He is excited for the glass, and the finl look, but I want everyone to know that the workmanship, the quality and the help and cooperation of everyone was amazing and beyond reproach. We , my client and I thank everyone for making this work.

Atlas replaced our sun deck, sun deck stairs and balcony surface and railing last summer. They overall did a great job. Kam and Jason did a meticulous job of laying vinyl. We had a few issues with the railing contractor that Atlas use but eventually it got sorted out. The owner Mason came by a couple times to make sure things were going well. He's a very nice guy with a good attention to detail. Also when our patio door installers cancelled a few minutes prior to arrival (Ugh, a1 windows), Atlas were great at rescheduling the vinyl install. All in all very happy with our new deck, stairs and balcony and will recommend Atlas Vinyl Sundecks to our friends and family.

I am very pleased with the work and craftsmanship Atlas did for me for a complete renovation of my patio late last summer. They were able to work within the budget I had in mind and were very responsive to resolve any issues that came up during the renovation. Their communication for scheduling the work can improve to better inform when the contractors will be onsite but over all this was just a minor issue and did not affect the quality of the completed project. I would recommend and use them again for another patio project.
