Edit: A year later I asked Taha for another warranty service call and immediately I received the best customer service just like the last time. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with First Security Safe Co Inc in downtown Los Angeles.

Mr. Taha Khorram was referred to me by a close associate in the business.

I had an issue with my safe dial not working properly so I felt it was time to have it professionally checked out or serviced before I could be locked out. Getting locked out would not only be a headache but cost so much more to service.

From the moment I called Mr. Taha he immediately knew what was the issue and provided me a lower than normal standard flare rate for the trip fee, inspect and perform a minor service. Other competitors were charging much more.

Mr. Taha then checked the schedule of his main technician Mr. Hamid who arrived to our office about an hour later.

I was already feeling comfortable with Mr. Taha’s attentiveness and prompt action to my need.

Within minutes Mr. Hamid knew what was the issue and after performing his routine checks, he discovered my safe required a new inner lock kit.

He was very reassuring and told me not to worry, he will pick one up from the shop and bring it the next working day.

I was not charged for the first trip and inspection fee (unlike other safe companies) and as promised Mr. Hamid returned the next morning with the new lock kit.

Within an hour of Mr. Hamid’s return he had the new lock kit installed, helped me re-combination the safe dial and provided a full inspection. The dial worked so much more smoothly and consistently.

Both Mr. Hamid and Mr. Taha assured that the new lock would work for as long as the original model lock part which is about 20 years.

I was so pleased with the service, reliability and professionalism of First Security Safe Co Inc.

I spoke with somebody here about coming to buy a safe from a hour and a half away, they in formed me that the store closes at 4 pm. I Arrived at the store at 3:45pm. To my surprise the door was lock and Secuirty wouldn’t let me in. I asked him to please get the person I spoke on the phone with. That person came to the door and told me that it’s “too much work to do a safe sale at this time” I pleaded telling him I drive a hour and a half and it’s not even 4pm yet. They proceeded to lock the door and just walk away.

We purchased a safe from First Security Safe Co years ago, and recently, we weren't able to open it up. Long story short, we thought we had to pretty much pry the safe open and pay a lot of $$$$. But after going back and forth A LOT with Taha, the VP of the company, he helped us come to a solution, and saved us thousands of dollars.
Taha was so patient and helpful, even though I was freaking out and had so many questions. He explains everything in such detail and so clearly, that he made everything so easy.
All in all, if you're looking to buy a safe, you can trust this company's products and customer care. I highly recommend!!

This is the place to ask for help and you shall receive. I've called many other establishments requesting a quote for relocating a safe. Everyone else was quoting prices so high that made inflation look like a walk the park.
Taha from First Security Safe Co went above and beyond expectations. He worked with our schedule, shuffled his own schedule to accommodate ours.
The pricing was unbeatable, service and delivery were above and beyond expectations. All in all, we highly recommend doing business with this family owned business.

Guy on the phone didn't understand English very well. Never heard of Titan Safes, and told me it is impossible to make a key without another key as reference. I'm not a locksmith, but I've watched a few times while other [more experienced?] locksmiths did exactly what he just said is impossible. He offered smart alec comments that really don't help, "[You not supposed to lose your keys." Yeah, Thanks Captain Obvious.
