The staff at the Kensington Road Shoppers are why I frequent this store. Every single person is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I feel like they always take time for me and care about me as a person, not just as a customer.(This is really important to me since I have only recently moved into the area). Kudos to the person who hired them all!

The items I want are always there, whether it's my favourite shampoo, a prescription, a quick dinner item, or a sugary snack. The sales are frequent and often include my favourite things. Oh, and the make-up - I like the variety and especially Mags,the beauty consultant, who works very hard stocking and organizing, but is never too busy to stop and provide subtle advice on what would particularly suit me.

Thanks for a great shopping experience time after time! No long waits at the Pharmacy either...
