I was very fortunate that I had Mark Van Eeken to help me sell my property as well as finding me a new home to buy. As I had lived in my home for over 40 Years I was not really in tune with today's market or all the processes involved. Mark however is very knowledgeable and was more than patient with me. We used a realtor from their firm and the seller was presented by Mani Bagga. It has been a nightmare. My biggest regret is using a realtor that came from their firm. They did not have our best interest and in hindsight it js was s conflict of interest. They knew of major issues on the house that they did not disclose. Yes, we used a reputable inspector, however the issues that came up could only be known had they been disclosed. Horrible service. I absolutely do NOT recommend these people to anyone.
There is way more but think before you proceed with this team.

Abhinandan from Mani Bagga team, is an excellent realtor.
