Been seeing Dr. Ho along with my wife for a few years now. We are very happy with his diagnosis, treatment plan, and bedside manner. Some of the front female staff need polishing but he has been awesome.

The nursing staff was very nice however the doctor is a waste of time/money! I went due to very bad hearing. After an MRI, two visits that cost $659 by the way! He tells me I need hearing aids and tells me I would need to find another Dr. for hearing aids. Two visits lasted one minute each with him. Not someone I would ever recommend. The nursing staff was very nice though. He sucks! WTH are you an ENT Dr then send me elsewhere for my hearing!

Dr Ho and his team are amazing. He was able to perform an oral surgery to remove a benign growth from under my tongue. The surgery went very smoothly and it’s healing amazing. I’d give him 20 stars if I could. Very caring, professional man!

I was worried about seeing Dr Ho after reading some of the reviews. The people at the front desk were great.I think he is a awesome Dr. I have a growth on the soft palate, I need a biopsy, I couldn't find anyone to do the biopsy but Dr Ho had no problem doing it, right there in his office he put numbing stuff and took three pieces of tissue out.its cancer he said but we will wait to find out what the pathologist find and go from there.

Went in for left ear blockage probably due to wax lol and got to see the Physicians assistant Megan who was super friendly and did a great job so I could be able to hear again . The front office staff were also very helpful.

Dr. Ho was nice, professional, and helped fix my issue. However, I was charged for a $300 endoscopy surgery when the doctor looked into my nose with an otoscope. Beware.

Check your bill. They will charge you for a endoscopy even if they do an exam with a otoscope (typically used to look in ears, not a camera). I tried to call and dispute and they said they would get with the doctor and look into it as the notes said they performed it using a camera. This place needed to be audited by all insurances for fraudulent charges. I ended up paying my balance in full and running away and suggest you do the same. I will be contacting my insurance blue cross blue shield and letting them know of the practices that are taking place.

I had surgery today did not speak with Dr Ho after the surgery nor did he communicate what was actually done with my husband. Currently in extreme pain contacted the after hour service very rude very short because I did not want to accept the fact that there was no one available to speak with me post surgery. Is this what we have come too? Disrespectful insensitive people to post op patient? What happened to checking in on a patient or being responsive and they're need I'm expected to wait until the following day to get some answers on what was done to me ?

Our family has used Dr. Ho for 4 years now & he's amazing. He's been a HUGE wealth of information when we needed it & has been on our side every step of the way with treatment plans, etc. Bonus, he's incredibly punctual. There's zero waiting around in the office. Great experience all around. I highly recommend Space Coast ENT.

This office is absolutely amazing from the front desk to the doctors/pa we went there with our son after he lodged a spring in his nose when he was at daycare. She tried her hardest to remove the spring but was unable to do so do to it being so far lodged back but she didn't just give up on him like the urgent care or hospital did she actually went above and beyond trying to get an appointment for later today to put him under anesthesia so they can remove it without our little one panicking. Luckily, when she was attempting to remove it it's made our son have a series of sneezes and out flew the spring: the whole office staff gathered around and it may have been a small moment but it was one I'll never forget. Everyone there made my fiancé and I feel alright and after our little guy dislodged it they made him feel awesome too!! Highly recommend this facility they truly care for their patients.

The care from the office staff, to the NP that took care of my son, to the person who did the billing was completely awesome! I called in and they knew exactly how to handle my "Insurance" (other providers give me a real hard time), NP Diane spend over 45 minutes with my 3 year old son. She went of her way to make him feel comfortable. Ultimately, she gave me a peace of mind by repeating tests at my request. If I ever need an ENT again, I know where I am going!
