These guys are great. I called ahead and they had me come in immediately. They diagnosed it and contacted me with a very reasonable price. I was amazed when they finished the same day! I drove over 300 miles the next day and the truck is running perfect.

Very professional, easy to work with, reasonable price and FAST!

I went there because of good reviews and I will go back because of my very positive experience.

I am very pleased with Westchase Auto Repair. This past visit i had to get my car towed and the wrecker lost its hydraulic fluids and my car was stuck. Westchase mechanic stayed after hrs with me to make sure all was well. I appreciate them so much. I trust them more than the dealership with my Subaru. Thanks to Chad and the whole team. You have a lifetime customer. They even check on you when you haven't come around lately and I love that too.

I needed an oil change. They were about 30% cheaper than the oil change nearby for full synthetic. They did the usual thing a mechanic does, up-sell. I declined and they did a perfect quick job. Because they suggested some additional work and did not high-pressure me into getting the work done, I appreciated that. Also, because the price they stated was the price I paid when I went to pay, I changed my mind. I had the additional work done and asked for additional services. They did an excellent job there too. It is extremely difficult to find a good car repair shop with good people working there. The sales guy was good. The mechanic was good and explained everything in detail. The manager was friendly. To get all of those qualities and more important, good quality people, is a rare thing. Go here to this Goodyear shop and know you are getting a good shop, your car fixed right, and great people.

From my initial panicked call from my stalled-out car to my final conversation as I picked up my repaired car that evening, everyone was just the consummate professional. Polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I wish all car repairs were this easy— but these guys made it that way. I was visiting from out of town so I felt so lucky to have them fix my car. I had an exceptional experience here. I had gotten several other quotes for a semi large repair on my car and I came here on a recommendation from a friend and I’m glad I did. They not only identified the actual cause of the issue my car was having but took the time to explain it to me so i understood what work was being done and what I was paying for. I think sometimes as a woman it can be hard to find a mechanic/car repair place that acts with honesty and integrity and I feel that everyone here is kind, honest and professional. Highly recommend.

Took my car to Westchase Auto Repair for the first time to have the A/C recharged after it starting blowing hot air. Chad and Brian were exceptional at setting expectations regarding the full A/C system diagnostic in order to confirm whether a repair, part replacement, or just a recharge would be available. Within 30 minutes of dropping it off, Brian called to walk through the entire review they conducted, the results, and the recommended actions taken. He set clear expectations on how long the repair would take, clearly stating it would take much longer than the first estimate because of the availability of the part. When I picked up the car, it was perfectly clean, and finally blowing cold air. I look forward to using them more in the future.

I really appreciate the service but the labor fee is outrageous. I paid 1,043 just for the labor. If I would have known the parts was only 386. I would have most definitely founded a more reasonable shop to do the job. My advice is ask for a break down of the price before agreeing to get something fix at this place.

Great service, dropped my car off about 2 PM on a Friday for rear brake services. I work nearby and they had someone drop me off at my office! They were done by 4:30-5 PM, so not long at all and the price was comparable to most places around. The office drop off and the time it took were the perks I benefited from. Very nice and easy to work with!

I got my oil and rear breaks changed here. It was one of the best experience I have ever had at a car shop. Especially, compared to Ford dealership where I used to service my car. No annoying upselling, honest, and they got it done much faster. They even texted a few days later to check if everything was going great with my car after the service. I would come back here again and recommend to my family and friends.
