We just had our old tub and tiles replaced with a new soaker tub and shower and acrylic walls. The window in the area was also covered so is now waterproof. Alex was extremely helpful and patient in explaining everything and answering questions. The workers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up daily despite me saying not to worry it. The tub area looks great and I am extremely happy with the workmanship. I definitely hope to have my next project done by Alex and his crew.

Curtis is awesome! He had a very complicated job, as apparently former tenants flushed plastic bags and baby wipes etc. There were multiple clogs between the three toilet lines. I am amazed he figured it out and fixed it so quickly. He was professional and thorough. Solid. Nice guy too. Best plumbing experience I've ever had. Good service is hard to come by these days, but this company was exceptional. Thanks Rocket Rooter and Curtis.

Called them shortly after 2:00pm Saturday afternoon, they said someone would come around 3:00pm. Shane showed up a few minutes after 3:00, very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t find the drain but he knew where to look and it was actually buried in the floor. He was done by 4:00pm. It was his day off but still came out to help me. Very impressive.

We had some roots that needed to be taken care of with a slowly draining water main. Alex setup a time for us promptly and Shaun was able to come by earlier than scheduled. He was friendly and took care of it quickly, and then left the place spotless. Would absolutely recommend!
