⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Metro Vein. Nira was very friendly and welcoming, easy to relate to and very professional. Kenya was such a sweet, empathetic tech—she explained how she was preparing me for the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable and respected throughout, especially when working on a more private area of my leg. I really appreciated their kindness and care!

Metro Vein did an excellent job at taking care of the multiple issues I had going on with my legs. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I have had the pleasure of working closely on several occasions with the Tech Jordan, who is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with my medical assistants, Ashley and Jordan, at Metro Vein Center Scottsdale. The entire staff is professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits and procedures. Ashley and Jordan took the time to explain what to expect, answered my questions, and treated me with genuine care and respect. Dr. Mandy's positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience much easier. I truly appreciate the level of care she provided and would highly recommend the team at Metro Vein Center Scottsdale.

Inconsistent customer service. When I first called and spoke to someone they were very knowledgeable and well spoken explaining the process and very helpful with scheduling and making sure my insurance was accepted. When I arrived the staff was not as friendly. My ultrasound tech was great, but when the doctor came in to discuss treatment he stood on the other side of the room and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was still optimistic of course and went ahead and scheduled my procedure. They called to confirm my appointment and inform me that the procedure was being covered fully by insurance. Great news! 3 days before my procedure they called back and said it was no longer covered and I was being denied through insurance. I had to cancel and wait over the holiday weekend to speak with my insurance company. Insurance did not say I was out of network. That the clinic needed to provide additional medical information and proof of necessity to proceed. Metro vein did not comply with that request and refused to do an appeal on my behalf. Instead they claimed I was out of network and needed to find an in network provider through my insurance or pay out of pocket. This was a lot of back and forth and contradicting information I was given by Metro Vein. It felt more like they wanted me to just pay out of pocket rather than provide the necessary medical documentation to insurance. I am very disappointed in the overall communication and way this was handled. Social media made this place seem great and that was not my experience at all.

I went in for an ultrasound and review of results with Dr. Mandy. He was very thorough at explaining my issues, which were nothing to worry about. The ultrasound was great! Jordan was very congenial! And does her job very well, I've had alot of surgeries and ultrasounds...she's definitely at the top of the list!! And thank you to the whole staff, they're so good, I made another appointment!
