I cannot speak more highly of ACE Technology and their team, especially our account manager of 15 years, Christian. Their responsiveness to our issues is unparalleled and timely. We have not had an issue that was outside their area of expertise in the 15 years of service they provided. I would highly recommend Christian and the team to any provider looking for IT help.

I attempted to use ACE to purchase a set of licenses for an EDR. The sales Rep, Chris, doubled my price without telling me before hand. I was willing to let it slide but he then stopped responding to my emails. I followed up and told them I had not received a response and they finally responded. I followed up with a response of my own and three days later they replied but not with an answer to my response, but asking me if I was still interested. I replied they had not responded to my previous response and I was told "I don't know why you're implying I didn't respond, it appears we are not a match for you."

I have the email thread and the timestamps. The attention to detail is lacking as is the care for customers of all sizes. I have a small company and apparently my money isn't good here at ACE.

The owner followed up with me and was able to resolve my concerns and finally help me set up my account. The team was very attentive in helping right this wrong. I appreciate ACE taking responsibility for their actions and helping me complete the process.

The help desk and onsite technicians are all very knowledgeable and well organized. You can expect detailed and well constructed plans for projects.
ACE helped upgrade our company from paper charts to EMR, changed our old phone system to VoIP and they set us up with the ACE cloud.

In resolving my issues, Patrick was courteous of the work I was doing prior to interrupting me and when he needed my assistance in the office (to print a document), he was patient as I took care of it.
