Dr. Piccinin attended medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She did her neurology residency at University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship subspecializing in headache medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
