My experience here was very disappointing. My salesperson, Sabin, sent my order to the wrong address and refused to return my funds or assist in retrieving the packages. He offered excuses and failed to fulfill his responsibilities properly.

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Nepa Wholesale, which has left me questioning their commitment to customer service and basic business integrity.

In July 2025, I opened an online account with Nepa Wholesale for my "Vape to Smoke shop renovation" project. I provided all necessary documentation, and my account was successfully created. For several weeks, my team and I utilized the online cart to meticulously plan our transition and budget, investing significant time and effort.

However, today, October 8th, when I attempted to finalize my first order, I was unable to log into my account. My initial thought was a forgotten password, but after attempting to reset it with the same email address I have consistently used, I was informed that my account "does not exist."

Alarmed and concerned about a potential security breach, I immediately contacted customer service. While the representative was able to locate my account, I was informed that I needed to speak with a sales representative to have it "restored." No explanation was provided regarding why my account had been shut down, despite all my credentials being up to date.

This entire ordeal suggests a profound lack of professionalism and regard for their customers. To have an active account inexplicably vanish, with no prior notice or explanation, and then be forced to navigate a convoluted process to restore it, is simply unacceptable. It strongly indicates that Nepa Wholesale is not serious about cultivating lasting business relationships, both before and after a sale.

I believe potential customers should be aware of these serious operational deficiencies. My experience leads me to conclude that this company's practices are far from reputable.

Out of the 17 or so distributers I deal with on a rotating basis, this is by far the most disorganized. Take forever to fulfill, horrendous communication, faulty record keeping, and constant errors. Too many wholesalers around to waste time

Terrible customer service expensive shipping steal your money without sending product

Edit: after stealing $2300 from me and refusing to comply with UPS and refund me. They instead pocketed the claim check and told me there’s nothing they can do and now one of the owners has the S AS AUDACITY to message me asking why I haven’t ordered… you’ve got to be joking. 😑 I was a loyal customer… I spent at least $5000 a month with them.

To start off, we purchased vapes from Nepa in June 2021 in which we had to return because they were not authentic (fake). Figuring maybe it was a mistake, I reached out to them and they exchanged it for me after I provided proof of the counterfeit products. Since then, I have still been a loyal/consistent customer. However now, I am not because they cheated my store and my manager out of their November "raffle". I cannot continue to stock my shelves with inventory from a vendor who has lost all my respect. I have found vendors who carry the same products with better prices who actually care about their customers.
