I too, would rate this a 5, Gerry being a primary reason. He listens, and you can ask him anything. The rest of the pharmacist team is great too - we will choose to go there instead of anywhere else, even if it's cheaper.

I'm giving this business a five star rating primarily because of their pharmacist Gerry Poon. He is a compassionate, caring individual who makes house calls to deliver the blister packs of medications to his elderly customers. He responds to queries even on his day off. It's so refreshing and reassuring to see this level of service in an age when many businesses are losing that 'personal touch'.
