Fantastic experience! I contacted Brady with a water damage and mold concern. Almost immediately he was in contact with me to set up a virtual inspection for the following day. He guided me through the process, answered my questions, and ultimately recommended a referral for an indoor air quality test even though it would potentially mean he wouldn't get the project. I truly appreciate this concern and focus on identifying and addressing what the issue needed first. We are extremely happy with the services provided by Brady and his crew. After a dishwasher leak ruined our floors, they got the mess cleaned up and dried out, then we needed to replace all the flooring on the main level. Brady was there for the insurance adjuster inspection and worked with him throughout the entire mitigation and restoration process. The flooring company and plumber he recommended and used also did excellent work. We hope we never need these kinds of services again, but we would recommend Renew by Grewe to anyone who does!

Brady and crew were great! I called to get an estimate for drying out water leak from faucet in laundry room! Came out the next day with a good price! In talking with Brady and telling him about plumber quote, almost $2000 to put a new faucet in and the two valves below sink, he gave me the name of a plumber they work with who was fabulous! All around great experience and highly recommend Renew by Grewe!

I called Renew by Grewe last night when we had a leak between our first floor and basement. I got a call back right away and was told he'd be out there in about 45 minutes. We ended up being able to get help from family and determine we weren't dealing with the emergency we thought we were and ended up canceling the service call. Brady was fantasic though, taking the time to chat about what was going on (and calming me down! 😆), and then called the next day just to check in and make sure things were still ok. 5 stars, 10/10, I will keep them in mind if something else comes up in the future.

I had a great experience with Renew By Grewe Restoration! Brady did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient and flexible with my schedule. After heavy summer rainstorms and a failed pump caused water damage in my basement, Brady and his team came out quickly to mitigate the damage. On the labor day weekend, I had a toilet valve leak, soaking two bedrooms. I called Brady, he was onsite in an hour. He was very professional. He had the damaged carpeting and drywall/flooring removed, within a couple of hours, dehumidifiers and fans going to dry out the walls and sub flooring. I just received the detailed report from my insurance company, his documentation is beyond professional! For a holiday weekend, his pricing and response were excellent! I would call him back in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately I found myself needing to contact a restoration professional. Like many, I read reviews on a few local companies. Brady seemed well regarded by customers. He got back to me quickly and agreed to take a look at my mold issue from a roof leak. Many companies are judged by how much money they make. Brady has another, a simple philosophy- help people who reach out to him. The profits apparently take care of themselves. He has the knowledge and the integrity to go with it. I can’t recommend Renew by Grewe highly enough.Though it was out of some unpleasant circumstances, I feel fortunate to have met Brady, the owner of Renew by Grewe.

Renew By Grewe Restoration was so easy to work with. I called for the assessment and was able to get one scheduled quickly. I worked with Brady. He was responsive, easy to work with, honest and very knowledgeable.
I had some minor water coming into my basement and he was able to asses the situation, provide direction on action items and helped me get those items completed quickly.

There's a reason why this company has so many high reviews. The owner is exceptional to work with. Very down to earth and understanding. Most likely if you're hiring them you're already worn thin, stressed up and upset. He understands it sucks. And does a really great job managing your issue.

Brady, and his team, were simply the best. We found out our second floor bathroom was leaking into our kitchen ceiling right around the holiday season. I had some water damage in my kitchen from a dishwasher that overflowed because the drain plug was not removed from the garbage disposal. The water wrecked my floor and had to be replaced. I called Renew By Grewe Restoration out of Lake Elmo , MN, to clean up the water damage. Brady Grewe came immediately the next day and handled my situation. He was very professional and did an excellent job on drying my kitchen floor, to prevent mold or any additional complications. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs this type of service. Brady Grewe was a HUGE help with our plumbing and water damage issue. He was a fantastic go between to help me answer questions that the adjuster had and making it all make sense to me. He speaks your language so to speak. The adjuster had a lot of questions with a lot of jargon that I didn't understand. He knew things like how long our personal effects would be stored in a Pod on our front lawn. Something I never even thought of. Essentially he was able to understand the damage better than I could. He was able to have it make sense to both me and the adjuster. Once the project was approved, the work was done quickly and expertly.
