I had a very positive experience. I replaced my double dour and my single door with Clopay R18.4 insulated doors. My single door required a custom High lift rail so it would go all the way to the ceiling (within a few inches) rapidly. my ceiling is about 11ft. The garage door needed to clear my golf enclosure. Because of this special design Eric did all the measurements and joined the installation team with Steven. Bonnie did a great job with all the mods a made along the way and my custom needs. They did a great job. I highly recommend One Clear Choice Garage Doors in Castlerock.

I had a great experience with One Clear Choice Garage Doors. Jeff and his partner were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect, fine-tune, and lubricate both of my garage doors. They explained everything clearly and provided both short-term and long-term recommendations without any pressure. They also gave me detailed quotes so I could review my options and decide on the next steps. I really appreciated their honesty, expertise, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service!

We just had a new garage door installed by One Clear Choice Garage Doors and I highly recommend them. This is a quality company offering a quality product at a competitive price and the customer service from start to finish was exceptional. Eric worked closely with us to ensure we selected the right door and accessories. His input was invaluable. The product arrived on time and Cameron and Zack did an excellent job with the installation. Thanks also to all the staff members, Brenda in particular, for keeping me informed.

I’m renovating my garage and wanted to get an insulated garage door as part of the project. They came out that afternoon. I had a door installed the next day. That may not normally be feasible for any business but things happened to align. They answered allll of my questions and gave me the full range of options. Never felt pressured to pick a more expensive one. I upsold myself on a new motor but wow the jack shaft side mount is so clean. Gage did an awesome job installing the door as well as the weather stripping, trim piece, etc.

We had such a great experience with One Clear Choice with our new garage door. John, the sales rep, got an appointment set up right away. He was very knowledgeable on all the garage door products. There was the quite the selection to choose from and he helped us narrow down choices to stay within our budget. And he recommended door styles that fit the look of our home and neighborhood.

Zach, our installer was super friendly and also fast and efficient! We highly recommend One Clear Choice for your garage door upgrade!
