I was discharged from the hospital and required to have oxygen at home. Med Inc was the company who was supplying the oxygen equipment. There were some bumps in the road along the way working with this company but it all worked out in the end because of their outstanding employee Aaron Maddox. I am very pleased with the service I received from him. Aaron who delivered my oxygen equipment was professional, kind, and very helpful. He took the time to set everything up properly and clearly showed me how to use it. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he made sure I understood everything before leaving.
I truly appreciate his patience and excellent customer service. Thank you for experience that turned out positive.

I just left from having my cpap appointment with Miriam. She was incredible! I thought it was going to be way more complicated to learn how to use the machine but she made it so simple and explained everything I needed to know so well. The supervisor Trey also took time to speak with me and was very nice and welcoming. I'm so excited to go home and improve my sleep with the tools and knowledge that I now have.

Medlink had a new oxygen concentrator to me within 2 hours of when I called. The tech that came out, Aaron M, was very nice..polite and professional.. The one I had was several years old. Aaron went over the operation of the machine showed me where the filter was and how often to clean it. Very quiet machine but enough of noise to be perfect " white noise" to sleep by. I will definitely highly recommend Medlink and their service to anyone who asks. Thanks again for making it easier to breath again!

My husband was prescribed portable oxygen today, and Jamie Nicolette delivered our first tank at the hospital so he could be discharged. She was informative and friendly, showing us how to use the tank. About 30 minutes after arriving home, Cory Terry arrived with more tanks and other supplies. He was very patient sharing how to use the tanks, store them and the process for contacting the company for replacements and questions. Cory was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even made friends with our kitten. I’d give him 10 stars if possible!
