Do not give them your business.

The treatments simply did not work. I completed around 7 sessions but saw barely any results. I voiced my concerns during my last 3-4 appointments, and each time I was told they were "trying something different." It became obvious the treatments were a waste of my time, so I stopped going before finishing my remaining prepaid sessions.

I previously had laser hair removal in another city with fantastic results.

The customer service has been even more disappointing. After I stopped going for sessions, my credit card was compromised and my autopay never transferred to my new card. Instead of Semper reaching out to let me know a payment had failed, they sent me over to a debt collector. I learned of this via text from a collections agency that looked so much like spam, I almost ignored it.

Since then, I have called Semper’s office and left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and text messages, and even gone in person to try to speak with someone. I still haven't been able to get confirmation that the debt is legitimate or get a copy of my contract.

Between ineffective treatments and awful customer service, spare yourself and look elsewhere.

I’ve been looking to do Laser for a while now it just really wasn’t in my budget, Semper is running a great special right now which means all of the treatments that I want to get done are actually in my budget now! Also ladies, it doesn’t hurt, even THERE. Ifykyk . They’re incredibly professional, get there early cause parking is a little tough around this area, but I’m planning my next few sessions all ready!

Super great friendly relatable, a great vibe staff. We're just on point. Great service. I do recommend no pain. What a great experience all the way around!!! Considering the fact that I do have darker tone skin, I do appreciate the women that did my service and my consultation for letting me know things that most people probably wouldn't have

I’ve been a client for Semper Laser for the last five years coming all the way from Miami Florida to Denver Colorado. I’ve traveled endless hours from Wyoming to get to my laser appointment in Colorado. The staff are all great, nice, and professional. They have never failed to accommodate my schedule due to travel nursing. Shoutout to Brenda the technician and the ladies at the front desk for always being good to me and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!
