Mike has done numerous jobs for me over the last two years. He gutted and completely remodeled my bathroom. He painted my entire downstairs and up the hallway. He painted my deck. He repaired and painted the hood outside my front window that developed a leak and today he is putting finishing cement on my outside steps. Mike is a joy to work with and his prices are amazing. I highly recommend him.
Mike and Rob recently came to my home when I discovered a leak in my basement. It was repaired quickly and I’m very pleased. Mike continues to come to my rescue Great guy

Mike did an outstanding job transforming our carpeted stairs into beautiful hardwood stairs. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were impressive.
What stood out most was his excellent communication throughout the project. He kept us informed at every stage and made sure we were completely satisfied with each step before moving forward. This level of customer service really made the experience stress-free.
Not only did Mike deliver high-quality craftsmanship, but he also demonstrated great integrity by suggesting a more budget-friendly option that actually ended up being a better fit for our needs than the more expensive choice we were initially considering.
Key highlights:
-Exceptional workmanship
-Clear, consistent communication
-Worked within our budget
-Offered cost-effective alternatives
-Professional and reliable
I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for top-quality stair renovation work at a reasonable price. His combination of skill, professionalism, and value is hard to find.

Michael did beautiful work on my garage. He installed all new windows, a walk-in door, and siding. He helped me get good prices on materials and communicated about when he would be doing the work and how long it would take. I'm very happy with the results!

I needed a minor repair to a door frame and door in my home. I sent the request at night. Mike was there the next evening to begin the repair. Very timely response and the job was completed in short order. Thank you, Mike for being so responsive and easy to work with. I will use Mike for future projects.

Mr. Delligatti was very professional. I hired him for my father to install a new ceiling fan. He kept me and my father abreast of when he could make it out, when he was on his way. He even gave me a very close estimate of the price. He came and installed the fan. Unfortunately, my deceased uncle who own the house before practically rigged everything in the house. Unfortunately the ceiling fan was one of them. It was a mess. Mr. Delligatti fixed the mess and installed the fan properly. What was probably a more simple task turned out to be much longer. (Of course, isn’t that always the way -lol).

He explained what options he could do to both of us. Although, you can still see some holes in the ceiling, that is what my father opted for as of now. It can always be fixed later. He did an excellent job. He also gave us other options we were not aware of for other work that needs to be done. We will definitely be using him again soon. Before and after pics are attached.

When I need work done at my home, I call Michael. He’s done a variety of projects for me and I’m never disappointed. I’ve nothing but good things to say about him. He takes pride in his work and it shows.
He offers great insights and comes up with options that might not occur to those not in design or in the building trades. He has a great attitude. He communicates. He’s considerate about being in someone’s home, not a job site. His fees are competitive and makes it clear that he values your business. Simply stated, he’s a
nice person and a pleasure to work with.

Mike is amazing! I called him when we had a leak that destroyed our basement. He was quick to come see and got me the lowest estimate. He transformed our basement into our dream hang out room, installing new floors, putting up a door and took down and added new walls. We couldn’t be happier!

Mike and his team deliver top notch craftsmanship. We have used Mike several times for emergency repairs (which Mike drove over an hour to our house after normal hours to assess and repair on the spot), as well as doing custom work for our home. His honesty, level of knowledge, and his attention to detail are second to none.

We tried Delligatti Handy Home Pro Service for the first time - very professional and punctual.
We had them install our tv on our wall and have them coming out next week to go over a couple other odd jobs around the house - HIGHLY recommended!

Deligatti Handy Home Pro Services has completed many jobs, small and large, for me over the past 5 years. Michael is prompt, thorough and communicative throughout the process. He looks for ways to save you money but not at the expense of quality. He will show up when he says he is going to and always let you know the details as he works through a job. He takes time answering your questions. And he has completed every job on time and I was happy with how each one turned out in the end. He will make sure you are satisfied before he is done.
