I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.

I paid a significant amount for pressure washing services and received work that was shockingly poor. Large areas were completely missed, surfaces were left uneven and still visibly dirty, and the entire job looked rushed and careless. To make matters worse, there was damage left behind, which is completely unacceptable for a paid service.

What truly set this apart—in the worst way—was the customer service. When I reached out to address the poor workmanship and the damage, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and outright insulting response. Instead of taking responsibility, they were defensive and unprofessional, with zero effort to resolve the situation.

After dealing with this, I looked at other reviews and realized this is not an isolated issue. Seeing similar complaints about poor quality work and disrespectful customer service makes it clear this is a pattern, not a one-time mistake.

At this price point, there is absolutely no excuse for this level of work or behavior. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company—save yourself the frustration, the cost, and the potential damage, and hire someone else. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give.

Fleet Kleen came to my house in Lakehouse Cove for the second time. They have a great team who are very friendly, very time efficient, and most importantly, very good! Detailed in their work washing my driveway pavers and lanai pavers as well as the sidewalks out to the street!! Inside and outside the lanai was cleaned thoroughly. The even cleaned off my white umbrella which had some bird stains on it!!😊👍

Exceptional pressure washing work on our back lanai (including bird poop removal on the pool cage, and dirt on wall behind our grill), front porch and two driveways completed in under two hours and service with a smile from Nick and his team! Super nice guys - highly recommend!

Tyler arrived promptly and was so courteous and respectful of my property. He took extra care in ensuring me the pavers would not receive any damage. He was thorough and did wonderful work. I highly recommend Fleet Kleen and will use the company in the future. I believe my neighbor even inquired about having his driveway cleaned after seeing how great Tyler and team did my pavers, sidewalk and driveway. Thank you for the great work and I was very impressed with the price. Very fair and honest pricing.

We have had Fleet Kleen maintain our house cleaning needs since we moved in to CCE in 2017, and they have been Fantastic. The crews have all been Professional, efficient, polite and provide outstanding maintenance to the outside of our entire home every 4 months. Their service keeps our house amazingly clean and free of insects and cobwebs, and the roof still looks brand new. Thanks again to Todd and the entire Fleet Kleen crew.

Fleet cleaned our roof and killed all of our front yard flowers, backyard shrubs and a complete palm tree. Disaster!
They came back to try and fix the tree and shrubs. We'll see what happens.
Fleet came back and replaced the tree and flowers that were destroyed. Kudos to them!

I have been using Fleet Kleen for 4 or 5 years. They are pleasant, prompt and do the work they say they will do. The pricing is comparable as well. I only all them for any kind of pressure washing. They also sealed our pavers and did a great job.

I am writing this review about having my driveway and walkway power washed and sealed. This company deserves more than 5 stars. They do beautiful work but beyond that they are wonderful to do business with, have great integrity and are responsible, reliable and easy to do business with. I would do business with them again and highly recommend them

I recently had my house pressure washed by a team of technicians from Fleet Kleen, and I am delighted to share my positive experience. The team was conscientious and performed an excellent job. The team lead made sure to inspect the work thoroughly before leaving, ensuring everything was up to standard.
The following day, they returned to seal the driveway. The technician who performed this task was knowledgeable and very respectful. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Fleet Kleen. Great job!

Fleet Kleen shows up, works hard and does their job. It's tough to find businesses who are consistent with their work and delivery. I have been using FK's "keep it clean" service for a few years, in which they clean the exterior, lanai, gutters and roof. They are punctual and make the property look brand new! If my plants weren’t killed I might have given them a better review. Rob answered all my questions & explained how they water down the plants prior to using the bleach solution. He said EVERYONE uses bleach. But if the plants don’t recover from the shock to call. He dropped off plants on a Friday and never came back. I didn’t want the new ones to die so I had to dig up 6yr old plants with large rootballs & plant the new ones he dropped off. Ten days later he came to the guardhouse trying to get into the development. I denied access because I took care of it. Roof is clean but I would choose another company next time.I posted pics of the dead plants vs what they looked like before.

The most amazing attribute about this company has been their response to the customer. They call you back and respond via email promptly. They want your business. That is unheard-of in today's world. Before the crew started they took pictures of areas that require repair; something I wouldn't have been aware of otherwise. Very helpful, great job pressure washing the tile roof.
