The new cashier isn’t friendly at all. No ‘thank you’ or ‘have a good day’. And she held my change to the side for 3 mins. I had to ask, “is that my change?”. I think she hoped I’d tip the $1.00+ change to her. I felt uncomfortable requesting my change back. She volunteered that she’s a new hire. Well, she doesn’t act like she even wants the job. In addition, I requested a flat lid *twice/ non- nitro lid*. And well…. I received a nitro lid. lol. The nice manager on shift replaced the lid because the nitro lid had been stubborn to remove.

Eh, I love this branch. Today hadn’t been a pleasant experience. I strongly felt the need to comment this. The beverages are pricey…. I don’t want to feel inconvenience for “ending” socializing between peers after paying $8.00 + for a beverage. Put the customer first, then continue to gossip with your colleague…. Because 2 staff had been gossiping when I arrived to the register to order. I’m not a stickler…. Wouldn’t hurt to make the customers feel welcomed.

Good morning I came through drive thru on Tuesday(4-15-26)and the young lady(Tyanna)customer service lack of greeting her customer was not so Welcoming. She didn't ask for my name. I order a coffee(plain) was told to pull window and she told me how much it was I handed her the money and she gave me my coffee. It was no Thank you or have a great day. So I did tell her to work on her customer service it goes along way. She looked at me as if I had said something wrong. I inturn called the store and asked for a manager and was told that manager was not in store then I asked for person in charge and the lady said the shift leader was in charge. I asked the lady her name that I was talking to and it was her...Come to find out Tyanna was the shift leader who was at drive thur that was in charge and she was the person who I talk to on the phone. Her lack of service made me feel hesitated to return to this store.

This has to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to! Waited over an hour today for coffee! Over an HOUR! There were 3-4 employees, moving like snails with no sense of urgency at all! Never will I ever go back to this location! Unacceptable.

As Starbucks coffee shops go, this location is exceptional. Design and layout of the store itself is better than any Starbucks I’ve visited, great for mobile office or meeting a friend, location is very convenient.

I was making a long drive home last night and stopped for fuel at Walmart. I noticed this Starbucks nearby and a nice, warm chai latte sounded so good. The employees were friendly, the cafe was clean and bright, and the restroom was very clean. I am bad with names. The young woman who took my order and made my latte was so friendly and was a bright spot on a long sad day for me. Thank you to the short, dark-haired barista who made my latte at 7:47pm last night.
