It didn’t have a very good start with ACE not making our scheduled appointment last Tuesday, running behind seems everyone’s A/C is out. However next day technician Logan Savoy texted us, showed up and provided great conversation and service. The right people make the difference. We’re on the list for install this week. Let’s shoot for 5 stars - cause it’s hot out there.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our AC technician, Logan, was incredibly polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had everything taken care of much faster than we expected.

Hayden, Matt, and Malik all did a great job. Hayden went through all of the options that I had and helped me choose the best one. Matt and Malik did a great job with installing my new system and left everything clean. All three were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend ACE to anyone.

Brennan was absolutely phenomenal! He took such good care of us, Make sure we got our AC fixed as fast as he possibly could! Was friendly and being a dog lover was a plus! He loved our babies and gave them so much love while being there, and make sure that they were comfortable with him while he worked in and out of the house! We definitely appreciate every bit of his hard work! Thank you so much for being such an amazing human being! 10/10
