The service here has consistently been amazing.

Today, I had an extremely stressful morning and not only did I manage to spill my drink in the car. I also slipped when I came inside and I forgot to include one of the drinks in my order and Noah offered empathy and a slice of humanity that I really needed at that moment not only did he offered to help me by bringing rags to help me clean up, he also made the drinks and stayed with me for a few minutes while I was trying to gather everything. That level of compassion meant the world to me, and I think his customer service needs to be highlighted as being insanely high.

Drinks were out quickly & we’re so good. Sarah helped us in the drive thru and the team noticed my son in the back and included a cake pop for him. Great customer service, thank yall again!

It was my partners first time at Starbucks, she signed up for the app. We were both extremely confused about how to work it and Kat was VERY patient with us and helped us with what to order and the app! Although I was bummed there wasn’t any protein drinks she figured out quickly with what we were requesting what would be best for us. Most people aren’t very patient anymore and customer service isn’t always the best, but Kat had great customer service and patience!!! We will definitely be returning customers to this location! Hopefully we get to try the protein options next!
