Prime Appliance is the worst appliance repair company I have ever worked with. They rescheduled my repair 3 times and finally booked a Saturday after cancelling shortly after my Friday appointment. They then did not call and did not show up on Saturday, wasting 4 hours of my day. On Monday they finally came after I called again. They left after breaking my washing machine door and not fixing the issue. This break was caused by the repair techs, not myself. Lastly they charged me $35 for a part I got for $2.50 on Amazon.
