Ophelia, the screener, is a doll. We catch up every time I get her as screener. All of them are friendly and professional. Garfield is about the best "sticker" I've ever met. First time, every time! I say this because I am 65 years old and not everyone can hit my veins with such ease. Plus the atmosphere of this place is clean and professional, yet laid back at the same time. Friendly staff always gets my donation quickly and courteously.

Slow process even tho their aren't any new donars ahead of me. No one spoke to me when I walked in. But when we did interact everyone was professional. I was a new donor at another center and the process took a hour and a half

So today I went in and me being a new customer not knowing what to do. Clearly the lady in the front was there and I know she saw me standing there. Maybe, she thought I was doing something in my phone. But a regular person in the work industry clearly will ask a customer/patient for f they are in need of assistance. Well nope negative no help from no one just looked at me and kept going. I understand everyone is busy but if your busy just attend to the person needing help and say “I’ll be with you in second” I’ve never had experience this type of situation and I pray this is not how y’all are handling y’all’s customers. Please be more diligent with everyone who walks through that door. Thank you.

The sign outside the door says Kedplasma United States. Yet I was turned away by the center manager Tara West and diven multiple reasons of why I as a already established donor, could not donate at 2231 Southmore Ave. Pasadena, TX 77402. The main reason being because I was just visiting within the United States.

I have been donating with Kedplasma for sometime now and have always had a great experience, but never have I felt like an outcast, coming off the street like a criminal for trying to do my part by helping to save lives. Managerial training is needed.
