I hired Commercial Lawn and Snow Maintenance Ltd. for snow removal in November and December 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Snow removal was repeatedly delayed (often 48 to 96+ hours after snowfall), with no proactive communication despite multiple follow-ups. No service during holidays (which was not communicated) - even after 20+ cm snowfall. There was a week-long delay before snow was partially cleared with a skid steer, which caused more ice and safety issues. Promised cleanup never happened. I had to hire another contractor to fix the mess.
In addition, sidewalks and the backyard did not have snow entirely removed, which left inches of ice build up to deal with. Gravel was not applied to the driveway, front walk or sidewalk, which was a major safety and liability concern.
Would definitely not recommend.
