I own a Dyson upright vacuum and it needed servicing after about four years of use. They serviced and cleaned the vacuum quickly and promptly and I was told to return machine at a later date to install a new part that had to be ordered. The part was installed free of additional charge and a few minor tweaks were completed. I was pleased with the service and friendly manner of both Dan and his fellow technician.

They had my vac fixed the next day, friendly and they were prices were like half what I thought it would be.

I call this guy to get a price on a Kirby vacuum and he quotes me $600.00 and I tell him that is too expensive. I was looking to pay around $200-$300.00 considering that it is a refurbished vacuum. He starts laughing obnoxiously and hangs up on me.
I call back and he hangs up on me again.
And finally a third time.
I was planning to spend some money at his store and I would have been a repeat customer as I would need to purchase a shampooer and shampoo and maybe another vacuum down the road.
As it is I'll never set foot in his store again.
