Good drive through car wash but ABSOLUTELY the WORST overly pushy and aggressive sales for their monthly wash program I've ever expirenced. When a customer says "No I wont want it, no im not interested, and no I just want the wash...3 damn times...its two times too many. Then when I finally have to say "can you just give me the damn car wash" then I get attitude?! No means no, it doesnt mean: make it so horrifyingly annoying to get a car wash that you give up and say yes. I will not be back. Used to be a 5 star rating.

I love Rocket carwash, however the 90th street location needs a major upgrade. There are so many potholes filled with dirty water in the parkinglot. Your car gets dirty right after getting it washed. It's very hard to maneuver around them. Please update this location. It's very close to my house. We are currently driving all the way out to the 168th and Maple location. It's a pain to go that far when there's one so close. Thank you@

I am canceling my subscription here. I washed my car and then thankfully dried it off and found scratches going up the hood. Something that could honestly only happen from a car wash. My claim was denied and they said it was there already with picture from when I went through. NO Way!! U can see the scratches from the pictures I took the scratches and how could they not verify these were there 🤬🤬🤬

I have been a member of rocket carwash for almost 2 years, and have had little to know problems until recently. After purchasing a new vehicle, I was exited to maintain the look and integrity, as it was a big investment for me. Recently, I had two separate incidents where damages at 2 separate locations, where damages occurred. I filled a claim on the first one, oakview, be it minor, I wanted to see if the car wash would work with me; a piece of the bug deflector on the hood broke, rocket reached out promptly.

After a few weeks nothing as far as an update. Recently I was at the car wash on Maple Street and 168th, and the over- head brush, ripped out my hood protector, bug deflector, bug deflector harness, hardware, striped grommet receivers out of my hood, and even broke out my hood vent.

I filed a second claim. Again, quick response, one week no updates, I followed up. Rocket promptly replied that: the car was was not responsible as they only cover manufacturing parts. I explained these things came standard, and were advertised on the sticker at the dealership, and where a part of the trim package and they replied apologizing that I missed the disclaimers posted "everywhere" Though out there establishments; and sent me an attachment, duplicate of the signs "posted" on site.
This is going to cost me 1k plus to resolve, and I was bummed because it looked so nice, I once enjoyed their services, I understand the liability, just be warned, they are not willing to work with you on resolution.

I have been going to the 168th car wash for over a year and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! It’s so convenient taking my car in for a quick wash or a quick vacuum. Being able to deep clean my car on my own with the provided cleaning supplies is a game changer and money saver! When I make it in if the manager Kevin is there he always makes it a point to say hello and make sure I am having a great experience. You can see he truly cares about the clients that come to his location. By far the best experience I could ask for.
