These people were great. Took the time listening to my questions and gave me great answers. They accommodated my need to communicate over text due to my job. I finally made it to the store and my trailer was waiting for me. They were running behind but so was I. They helped me much faster than i had expected and i was out the driveway with my new 20' 10k utility trailer.
I will be coming back for an enclosed trailer soon.
Thank you guys, you earned a loyal customer.

I had an excellent experience with Trailer Plus in Kaufman.

The whole process was about as easy and straightforward as it could be. I set up an appointment, pulled in, and they already had the trailer ready to go. We walked out, looked everything over, and they took the time to explain all the features and answer every question I had.

Once we were done, I went inside, completed the paperwork, and was back on the road in no time. No waiting around, no high-pressure sales tactics, and no wasting 45 minutes on things that should take five. They had all the paperwork handled, including everything needed for the DMV.

What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating they were. They threw in a spare tire, knocked $100 off the trailer, and even though it was raining, they still walked through everything with me outside to make sure I was comfortable with the trailer before I left.

The pricing was excellent too. I had been searching Facebook Marketplace and other places for nearly five months, and the price was within about $100 of the very best deal I found anywhere for this type of trailer. For a brand-new trailer and a hassle-free buying experience, that was an easy decision.

Overall, smooth, friendly, honest, and efficient. I’d do business with them again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer.

Outstanding salesman. Jonathan very quickly sized up my needs and matched me with an outstanding trailer! Paid by check. Only delay was for the check to clear... Thank you. Bought trailers before, and, this is the best buy yet.

Jonathan was super friendly. He took the time to listen to my requirements and listed a wide variety of options for my needs. He was able to accomplish setting up my trailer the way I needed it and let me know that if I found I needed to have it adjusted to bring it back and they would work with me to accomplish the fine tuning.
