Jacob came out to inspect our roof and did a very thorough job. He spent over 3 hours making sure that he had seen everything and explaining to us all about our options. He was not pushy or impatiently trying to get out the door. We definitely appreciated his time and work!

Colby did an excellent job with taking videos of all areas of concern. He explained each area thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable, took his time to be thorough with his inspection. He showed us material that would be used based on the needs and price we could afford. He was professional, respectful, and listened to our concerns. Great experience!

Exceptional! From the initial call to completion of our new roof, Victor's was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were timely, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way! Nate, our sales person was incredible to work with -- we really appreciate all his hard work and support throughout the process. Additionally, our coordinators, Ralph, Emily, Michael, and Jo Sue brought everything together seemlessly. We are incredibly happy we went with Victors and we highly recommend them. I contacted this company for an evaluation after noticing an issue in my home that might have been roof-related and wanted professional guidance before making any decisions.

During the visit, I was told that I needed a full roof replacement, even though the roof is relatively new. Due to conditions at the time, the roof itself was not accessed, which made it difficult to understand how such a definitive conclusion was reached. When I asked whether there could be other causes or a more targeted repair, I was told that was not an option and that a complete replacement was necessary, despite the roof not being physically inspected.

The appointment quickly became very sales-driven. I repeatedly shared that I wanted to get additional quotes, but that preference did not feel respected. The quoted price changed multiple times during the same visit, and I was strongly encouraged to commit that day, including being asked to begin financing paperwork. The meeting also ran much longer than expected, and it became uncomfortable trying to pause the process in order to seek outside opinions.

After speaking with other roofing professionals, I was advised that a full replacement was very unlikely. Ultimately, I chose not to move forward.

While others may have different experiences, I would encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple estimates and avoid feeling rushed into a same-day decision. It seems like a good company with great quality roofs, but I’ve experienced less pressure buying a car..... and everyone knows how much sales pressure one gets in the car lots LOL.

Victors was fantastic to work with... from the beginning to the end! Candace came out to give me an estimate. She was so knowledgable, professional and thorough. She did a great job of finding all issues I had, so that the ordering would be accurate, preventing headaches over cost changes and time delays. She did a great job of explaining the quality and care that I was going to get in my new roof "system". This really helped me make the best decisions for my roof and feel great about what I was getting. The roof installation itself was also great. Chad and Miguel were the crew leaders. They ensured the quality standards explained to me before were what I actually received. I interacted mostly with Chad and he was able to give me clear updates on how things were going. He was awesome to work with and made me feel like I was really being taken care of. Overall I'm thrilled with my new roof! Thanks to the whole team that made this possible!
